The Team Adventure Race takes teams to the next level of personal and team performance. It exploits and highlights the challenges individuals and teams experience when faced with high standards and stressful or unfamiliar tasks, deadlines and goals.
From a good team to a great team
Teams experience the greatest success when they effectively harness each person’s skills and creativity. This unique team building program challenges a team to work cooperatively in a competitive setting for the good of the whole. Individuals must come together to:

- Make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Throughout the event we facilitate a process that allows the team to evaluate their experiences and capitalize on the most prominent areas for learning and growth. In this setting, teams can identify, confront and address the factors that hold their team back.
Race activities
Components of the race highlight individual and team strengths and include:
- Navigating with a map and compass
- Low ropes course challenges
- High ropes challenges
- Rappelling
- Geo-caching
- Small group problem solving initiatives
- Search and rescue scenarios

Urban adventure races are a great way to mobilize your team while staying close to home. Urban races can be coordinated in cities of any size and offer a unique opportunity to explore a city in ways you never imagined.

Although we can host an adventure race wherever space and access allows, we are fond of our fully equipped adventure base near Larkspur, Colorado (just one hour from Denver). Teams work their way through 650 acres to experience various challenges, all of which are designed to encourage teams to work together—physically, mentally and emotionally. |
